Does registration commit my hotel?
No. The initial application is free and creates no obligation. Your hotel is not activated or bookable until review, written agreement and final approval.
Does my hotel have to accept every request?
No. Free Night requests remain subject to agreed allocation, eligible dates, blackout dates, availability and hotel confirmation.
Is the guest’s stay completely free?
The eligible room night is complimentary. Service charge, VAT, booking fees, breakfast and incidentals may apply when disclosed under the hotel’s settings and programme terms.
What does participation cost?
VELA.rest has no monthly membership fee when the hotel contributes its agreed Free Night availability. HERO AI is optional at ฿990, ฿2,990 or ฿4,990 per month according to hotel size. A HERO AI subscriber is automatically entitled to apply for VELA.rest activation without an additional VELA.rest monthly fee.
